Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description (for example, custom or made-to-order pieces). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Kometka currently ships within the United States only.
• Free standard ground shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and discounts).
• For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Kometka piece. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are:
• In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached)
• Shipped back in secure packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund (minus original shipping, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
